It was mentioned at the Committee’s meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 4160) was adopted in entirety by the Verkhovna Rada on April 15, 2014 with reduction of terms for submitting proposals to this bill in half.
According to article 116 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Committee received 20 suggestions for elaboration of the bill to the second reading.
The main task of the elaborated bill is to comply powers of the President of Ukraine and the Accounting Chamber in the budget process with the Constitution of Ukraine, and eliminate legal collision in connection with canceling the law dd. 07.10.2010, No. 2592-VI.
Submitted suggestions to the bill were considered and agreed upon with the Minister of Finance of Ukraine.
Following the results of the consideration, the Committee adopted the decision to take into account all submitted suggestions and recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt the draft law in the second reading and in entirety.
